• Contact & booking details — your name, email, phone number and the address where we clean.
• Booking information — the services you request, dates/times, access notes and any messages you send us.
• Payment information — card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Account information — if you create an account, your login email and activity such as bookings and reviews.
• Photos — before/after photos your cleaner takes of the work, which you can view in your account.

• To provide, schedule and manage your cleaning bookings.
• To take payment and, for recurring plans you agree to, to charge your saved card for each visit.
• To contact you about your bookings (confirmations, reminders, receipts and updates).
• To create and manage your account and respond to enquiries.
• To keep records required for running the business and meeting legal obligations.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the cleaning you book), to comply with legal obligations (such as accounting), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving the service. Where required, we rely on your consent (for example, saving your card for a recurring plan), which you can withdraw at any time.

We share data only where necessary to run the service: with the cleaner assigned to your job (name, address and access notes needed to attend), with Stripe (payments), and with our email provider to send you service messages. We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

We keep your information for as long as you use our service and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at info@roycecleaning.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Our site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work and to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
