Office Clean — your questions answered

Can you clean outside our working hours?

Yes — most of our commercial work is early mornings or evenings, so nobody is cleaning around your desks during the day. Tell us the hours that suit and we'll build the rota around them.

How does commercial pricing work?

Offices aren't priced by bedrooms, so we quote per visit after understanding the space: size, how many washrooms and kitchens, how often, and what the spec needs to include. Send us the details and we'll come back with a fixed price per visit.

Do we get the same cleaners each time?

Yes. Contract sites run on a fixed rota with named cleaners, so the same people learn your building. We hold keys and alarm codes securely, and every time a code is revealed to a cleaner it's logged against their name.

How are we invoiced?

One invoice a month covering that month's completed visits, with a PDF for your records and payment by bank transfer, card, or Direct Debit collected on the due date. Consumables we supply appear as their own line.

What if the standard slips?

Contracts can carry an agreed quality target. A supervisor scores each area out of five on inspection, and if a visit falls below the target it's flagged to the office automatically rather than waiting for you to complain.
