Can you turn the property around between guests on the same day?

Yes — that's the point of this service. Give us the checkout and check-in times and we'll fit the turnaround between them. Tell us about back-to-back bookings when you set up the schedule so we can hold the slot.

Do you provide fresh linen and towels?

We change and launder linen as part of the turnaround. If you keep spare sets at the property we'll use those; otherwise add the linen service when booking.

How do I know the property is guest-ready?

Every turnaround ends with a photo report — the rooms as the next guest will find them. You'll see the photos in your account, so you can check from anywhere before a guest arrives.

Can you restock essentials?

Yes. Tea, coffee, toilet roll, soap and the usual consumables can be restocked on each visit — add it to the booking and tell us what you'd like kept topped up.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Most customers aren't. You can leave a key, use a key safe, or let us in and go out — whatever suits. Tell us how we'll get in when you book, and the same instructions go to your cleaner.

Do your cleaners bring their own products and equipment?

Yes, as standard. Our cleaners arrive with professional, eco-friendly products that are safe around children and pets. If you'd rather we used your own products, say so when booking and we'll follow that.

Are your cleaners vetted?

Every cleaner is checked before they can take a single job: right to work in the UK, photo ID, a reference, and a DBS check. Nobody works for us until that paperwork is verified.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll put it right. Your cleaner takes before and after photos of every job, so we can see exactly what was done and fix anything that was missed.
