Will this clean get my deposit back?

That's what it's built for. We work to a deposit-friendly checklist written around what letting agents actually inspect — inside the oven and appliances, inside cupboards, limescale, mould, skirtings and frames. Your cleaner photographs the property afterwards, which is the evidence that settles most deposit disputes.

Is the oven included?

Yes. An oven deep clean and internal windows are both included by default on an end-of-tenancy clean. You can remove either when booking if your agent doesn't need them.

Does the property need to be empty?

It should be, ideally — we clean faster and far better without furniture and belongings in the way, and an agent will inspect an empty property. If some things are still there, tell us when booking so we can allow the time.

How much notice do you need?

The sooner the better around month-end, when move-outs cluster. We can often cover a next-day or same-day booking; same-day and next-morning jobs carry an urgency supplement, shown before you confirm.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Most customers aren't. You can leave a key, use a key safe, or let us in and go out — whatever suits. Tell us how we'll get in when you book, and the same instructions go to your cleaner.

Do your cleaners bring their own products and equipment?

Yes, as standard. Our cleaners arrive with professional, eco-friendly products that are safe around children and pets. If you'd rather we used your own products, say so when booking and we'll follow that.

Are your cleaners vetted?

Every cleaner is checked before they can take a single job: right to work in the UK, photo ID, a reference, and a DBS check. Nobody works for us until that paperwork is verified.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll put it right. Your cleaner takes before and after photos of every job, so we can see exactly what was done and fix anything that was missed.
