- What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
- A regular clean keeps a home on top of itself — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, dusting and vacuuming. A deep clean takes roughly twice as long and goes further: inside and behind where possible, skirtings, door frames, limescale, and the build-up a weekly clean never reaches. Most people start with a deep clean, then move to regular visits.
- Will I get the same cleaner each time?
- Wherever we can, yes — and the system actively prefers a cleaner who has worked in your home before. If they're ill or on holiday we'll send someone else rather than skip your clean, and we'll tell you who's coming.
- How often should I book?
- Weekly suits most family homes; fortnightly works well for couples and smaller properties; monthly keeps a tidy home ticking over. Recurring visits are cheaper per clean than one-offs, and you can skip or cancel a visit whenever you need to.
- Can I skip a week if I'm away?
- Yes. Skip it from your account with more than 24 hours' notice and there's nothing to pay — your schedule carries on afterwards as normal.
- Do I need to be home while you clean?
- No. Most customers aren't. You can leave a key, use a key safe, or let us in and go out — whatever suits. Tell us how we'll get in when you book, and the same instructions go to your cleaner.
- Do your cleaners bring their own products and equipment?
- Yes, as standard. Our cleaners arrive with professional, eco-friendly products that are safe around children and pets. If you'd rather we used your own products, say so when booking and we'll follow that.
- Are your cleaners vetted?
- Every cleaner is checked before they can take a single job: right to work in the UK, photo ID, a reference, and a DBS check. Nobody works for us until that paperwork is verified.
- What if I'm not happy with the clean?
- Tell us within 48 hours and we'll put it right. Your cleaner takes before and after photos of every job, so we can see exactly what was done and fix anything that was missed.
