Can housemates split the cost?

Yes. We price the whole house as one job rather than per room, so the bill divides cleanly between however many of you there are. One person books, everyone shares.

Do you clean bedrooms as well as communal areas?

Both, if you want. Plenty of houses book communal areas only — kitchen, bathrooms, hallways and the living room — and leave bedrooms to whoever sleeps in them. Tell us which when booking.

Can you clean at the end of the tenancy year?

That's our busiest job between June and September. Book early — end-of-year move-outs all land in the same few weeks, and the slots go first in student areas.

Do you work with landlords and letting agents?

Regularly. We can bill the landlord or agent directly, work to their own inspection checklist, and send the photo report straight to them.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Most customers aren't. You can leave a key, use a key safe, or let us in and go out — whatever suits. Tell us how we'll get in when you book, and the same instructions go to your cleaner.

Do your cleaners bring their own products and equipment?

Yes, as standard. Our cleaners arrive with professional, eco-friendly products that are safe around children and pets. If you'd rather we used your own products, say so when booking and we'll follow that.

Are your cleaners vetted?

Every cleaner is checked before they can take a single job: right to work in the UK, photo ID, a reference, and a DBS check. Nobody works for us until that paperwork is verified.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll put it right. Your cleaner takes before and after photos of every job, so we can see exactly what was done and fix anything that was missed.
